BIOGRAPHY

Born in Manchester, New Hampshire, I grew up with a passion for singing and dancing! Even though I was a typical kid who played 2-3 sports, I was highly influenced by my older sister, Angela, as she was involved in school choir, dance, and gymnastics (cue the "I Can Do That" A Chorus Line reference).

It wasn't until highschool, however, that I put down the baseball glove and really developed my love for music and performing! Concert and Jazz choirs, A cappella groups, dance recitals, etc., I couldn't get enough!

Along came this thing called "musical theatre" which allowed me to express myself in all forms! I performed in over 20 productions in 3 years at the Palace Theatre in downtown Manchester. These shows ranged from youth and teen to professional productions with actors who auditioned in NYC! It was the
experience I needed to pursue a career in the arts!

I attended the Hartt School- a 4 year conservatory-styled training program in West Hartford, Conneticut for a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Theatre.

Immediately after graduation, I booked my first professional regional theatre gig, H.M.S. Pinafore at the historical Guthrie Theatre and joined the Actors' Equity Associaion!

I moved to NYC to continue auditioning and training for a year untilI I booked Disney Cruise Line - Disney Wonder  as a Mainstage Dancer! The experience of traveling and performing with Disney is everlasting and it confirmed my passion, but I was itching to be back in the city!

Returning to NYC was difficult, yet I booked some regional theatre work here and there... But I was still itching for something more....

After a lot of set backs and searching for that passion again, I  realized that I needed to express myself as an artist. I've always returned to music for getting through tough times and decided to develop as a singer/songwriter!
